In separate April incidents, police accused two women
in Starke of hiding drugs in their undergarments.

In one incident, Jennifer Romaine Williamson, 22, was
admitted to the Shands at Starke emergency room on
April 17th for a possible seizure.

Officer Mark Lowery wrote in an arrest report that
"when her bra was removed by the nurse, a white,
powdery substance fell out."

Mr. Lowery wrote that a field test revealed the
substance to be an illegal narcotic. Ms. Williamson
was arrested for possession of cocaine.

And on April 11th, Starke Police officer Paul King
said he stopped 40-year-old Rachael Kay Tillman at the
corner of St. Clair and Call Streets for an
inoperative tag light. But Mr. King said while
talking to Ms. Tillman about the light, he spotted a
metal crack pipe in her waistband and placed her under
arrest. The policeman said he also found a white
cigarette pack in the woman's waistband which
contained crack cocaine. Mr. King wrote in an arrest
report that he soon made a third discovery.

"While handcuffing the suspect," King wrote, a glass
crack pipe fell out of her bra."

Mr. King said he then asked Ms. Tillman if she had any
more "contraband on her person."

She said no.

But after taking Ms. Tillman to the Bradford County
Jail, Mr. King said he asked a female officer to
search the suspect.

"The following items," wrote Mr. King, "were found
concealed in the suspect's bra: one glass crack pipe,
one plastic container with crack cocaine inside, five
Loritab pills, two Xanax pills, three Valium pills,
and one Ultracet pill."
