Today,I saw in most English and Malayalam Nwespapers at Ernakulam Public Library the report on arrest of Star Homes MD Ajay V George, and police plan to return all Star Homes funds due to the payers.

WE MUST
As Star Meadows (and other Star Homes fraud victims) Association(s) urgently give petitions fully details amount of money we paid and due to us either as cash refund or costs of completion of our flats.

WE MUST
(1) Through the police engage charactered accountants and civil engineers or structural engineers to go through the entire accounts and dues;

(2) Insist on our association(s) taking over full administration of, works finishing of, arranging electricity, water, security etc of our respective blocks of flats.

(3) Help those who no longer want the flats, but want their money back to sell their flats or ownership rights. Association should help as many owners are working and living in foreign lands or far away places.

This should be main point of agenda at Star Meadows Flat Owners Association meeting scheduled at Star Homes Offices on 26-2-2012 next Sunday afternoon please.
