Updates of star meeting

Good day to dear all ,

              I am an unlucky owner of a flat in the south star  apartments complex.But in a way I feel lucky that I got an alternative option and am staying in another place .it all started  after I purchased a studio apartment in teh Water Melon complex in the year 2006.but after 2 years they told me that they didn't even had any permission to construct it on teh seventh floor and finally they allotted me an apartment on 2nd floor (Their Boss had kept it as resreve and I do not know how many apartments he had kept like this )No wonder he is so cool and telling lies so confidently .He know he can get away with all these and we are the typical Kerala people who are just interested in talking and wait for other people to respond !!!!.Now I will come to the point why I am writingthis letter to you all.

 

 

In the year june , 2010 I stayed in the south star apartments hotel, as a guest and in the month of July 2010 I purchased a one bed room flat in the same complex .I adjusted  those rental arrears from the above said  flat in water melon , with star homes in that process.The person whom I was buying the flat was arm twisted by starhomes for failing to pay some arrears and hence he was forced to sell  the flat and to my unluck I jumped into that  .Now starhomes promised me to give the KWA and KSEB connection soon and made me pay Rs 50,000.I got the flat registered through their advocate (One Mr.MARTIN .D . ALUMKARA, guys that was another MEGA episode !!! )After paying the fees to their advocate he made an error in the document for which I was required(forced infact) to go numerous times in his office and finally after 5 months on 10/01/2011 their advocate made that correction and handed the documents ( that too after I mentioned that self will approach the Kerala Bar Council).

 

After I bought that new flat(South star ) ,the attitude of star homes took a U - turn .The rental arrears  which I had adjusted during processs of  purchasing the new flat ,for which star homes never had any intentions to pay me !!!So infact they lost that whole amount which they were supposed to collect from the previous owner  .This could be one reason why Starhomes staff's attitude changed drastically .Also the starhomes staff treats the flat owners who stays there  as their enemy and others as their guests and friends .This yo might have understood from the helpless resident's communication . 

 

          Now I will come to the main reason why I am writing this to you all .After I took the possession of the single bedroom flat  and shifted to the same we were required to fetch the potable drinking water from the single tap and despite of several requests the security staff (Mr Abhilash.P.T  and Mr.Salim )were allowing to park the hotel guests cars in front of the  only drinking water tap ,recklessly ,despite of my repeated polite requests .It  was that typical Keralite behaviour (To screw especially NRI's).One fine day while I was taking drinking water,accidentally one of the cars(parked too close) side view mirror got damaged and the above told staff immedietely called the police and registered a compliant with them and once Police  officers  came to know the  exact story both of them were given a  warning from the police.The same Abilash was frequently begging me for money earlier days ,as he was compalining that his boss never pay him an was forced to work without any wages .I was here only for 3-5 months depending to the schedule of my joining ship.I really felt pitty for all those staff .But once I bought the new flat they started treating me like an enemy of them,as I got no choice since I had made an investment in their area . 

 

          Next day I met Our MD  Mr .A.V George and to my surprise he did n't have time to discuss this problem and once he understood the gravity of the situation later, as his friends in CORNER STONE(formerly Joshua generation ) Church were my close relatives ,he granted an  appointment ( After one week since the incident )as he appears only on Fridays and teusdays !!!!.During the meeting he was adamantly denying about the compliant given by starhomes !!! Also he had gone to that extent of telling the same to my relatives.Now we(me and my father) were felt insulted and was  forced to take  the copy of the compliant from the staion  and send to him and my relatives , for which finally  got a letter of apology from him.That is it .Guys you should read that content of  the compliant .As per my advocate only proffessionals who frequent the station can write in such a manner (It was written by Mr Abhilash P.T ).And they are kept as employees of star homes !!!!!! You will not feel this when you  visit the starhomes once in a year and they make sure you feel special during that brief period of time .But I am a person who had got their hospitality and understood well ,that all these years I was getting cheated !!!You do  not know how the South star residents are suffering in the complex.No KSEB connection and hence a power cut of 6 hrs daily !!!!  I will send the details of that to all of you .The mails I had recieved .

 

            Despite the fact that I had only a request to not to keep those two employees as security staff ,Mr Ajay , in a challenging manner still employs them till now .Mr. Salim later got entangled with some issues like mine(messsed up with one of the residents )  .But this time South star residents threw him out from their premises .But one good outcome from the above told incident was that Mr Ajay , immedietely gave the KWA water supply in my block .But the KSEB connection is still not yet given  .And we are forced for a power cut for 6 Hrs for no fault of ours.

 

So In Short the starhomes will shift their office and base from South star block to another place .WE SHOULD NEVER RETAIN ANY OF THEIR STAFF ONCE WE HAD TAKEN OVER THE POSSESSION OF EVERYTHING .AND ABOVE ALL BE PREPARED FOR A COMPLETE AND THORUGH SABOTAGE AS I HAD SEEN WHEN I HAD TAKEN OVER THE POSSESSION OF THE NEW FLAT .aBOVE EVERYTHING Mr. ABHILASH PULICKAMANAYIL T AND Mr. sALIM SHOULD NOT BE SEEN ANY WHERE IN OUT PREMISES .I HAD GIVEN A COPY OF THE COMPLIANT TO Mr.P.B RAJAPPAN UNCLE WHICH WAS WRITTEN BY THIS PARTICULAR GUY .I AM ALSO AN ASSOCIATION MEMEBER .PLEASE DO NOT INSULT ME BY RETAINING THESE STAFF IN FUTURE .ALSO Mr.GOPINATHA KURUP UNCLE'S(ANOTHER ASSOCIATION MEMBER ) SON WAS MY CHILD HOOD FRIEND .

 

HOPE WE WILL GET ELECTRICAL CONNECTION FOR WHICH I AM APPROACHING THE CONSUMER COURT (WHICH IS REALLY FAST )AND HALF OF OUR PROBLEMS WILL BE SOLVED .
