As I live within half kilometre of Ernakulam District Court, and has several highly placed Advocate friends here and in High Court of Kerala, kindly inform me the Court reference number of our petition to vacate the attachment.

I am told that on 5-12-2013 Friday the District Court delivered (final?) orders on case unopposed. And copy of the orders have been served on Star Homes (Mr Ajay George).  Kindly email me (to all of us) a copy of the court orders.

Based on the latest court orders, we may consider revision petition, or appeal or just impleading petition or whatever is necessary please.

Dear Members,

Hope you all are fine by the grace of God.

On behalf of the executive committee, I wish to inform the following details.

1. Mr. Tharyan George contacted the lawyer and a petition will be filed by Mr. Sreelal and Tharyan George against the attachment notice.  Adv. Ajith will forward the petition on behalf of Ajay vargese and for the association.  Those who wish to co operate with legal matters may contact Mr. Tharyan George.

2. Electrical works are completed in the 8th Block ( So now 4,5& 8 Blocks are over). 

    Electrical Tray works are started in the 7th Block.  75% of Electrical works are over in 6th Block.

    Plumbing works started in the 7th Block and will be over within 5 days.

    Tile works for the steps of 4th floor will be over within 10 days 

Those who are not paid in full should contact the President for information about the outstanding and to remit at the earliest in the escrow account of the association.
