We had a meeting on 29th at Watermelon Apartments in which 13 owners/Representatives of owners attended.Mr Ajay George (MD) was also present.MD has expressed his inability to continue the project due to shortage of funds.A Executive Committee was selected from the members present.The President is Mr John V George and Secretary is Mr Vimal Jacob.The Committee is entrusted to do  the following:

1.To check the state of Financial correspondence of Watermelon project to include the amount yet to be received from the owners and also the expenditure for completion of the project.

2.To open an separate account in bank in the name of Watermelon .

3.To get in touch with the builder for completing the project.

4.Forming an Association in the same pattern as that of Associations formed in  other incompleted Star Homes Projects.

5.To keep informed all owners of Watermelon about the new developments.

The Committee will be sending a detailed letter to all the owners very shortly.
