Tim stood behind Edelman, close enough, but just out of easy reach if she should whip around and try something. He trusted her about as far as he could spit her, and frankly he was half-looking for an excuse knock her out and chuck her back through the gate. But he was also somewhat paralyzed there--he had, in theory, the leeway to take the action necessary to keep the team alive and all that, but he still didn't know Levitz well enough to take a chance on something really borderline. And there wasn't much about this mission that wasn't borderline.
"Alright, Miss Edelman, that's pretty fascinating about the power source, but I think we were looking for more practical information," he said, looking around, scanning the hillsides and the immediate area. If /he/ were setting an ambush, he could see a dozen good places for sniper blinds, just from where he stood. His back wasn't itching like he was being targeted... just yet.
