Seek & Attack Ranges

1. Goliaths and Siege Tanks (and derived heroes) do not have their
attack range illustrated when the seek & attack range unit data is
enabled. Presumably because they use turrets.
2. Reavers need to be given the correct attack range.
3. Attack range does not account for the Dragoon range upgrade. (Fenix
Dragoon and regular Dragoon have the same range. Neither changes when
the upgrade is turned on.)
