When armor is in combat and is damaged or destroyed, the player is able to
go to ship configuration, sell the armor at no loss of money, and then buy
it again.

An optimum solution for this problem would be to automatically downgrade
the ship's armor class after combat or remove the armor completely after
combat if it has been destroyed.

I do specifically recall writing code to do this but it must have gotten
lost or bypassed . will look into it again!

The repair & selling values for all components is being revised to take
into account damaged components.
