Internal black border with WB 5

On my older ThinkPad laptop I was using WB4 but decided to go to
version 5 as on my Desktop. Now some programs have an black border
within some windows. I can't figure out what attribute this would
be in SkinStudio as the black border doesn't show up in the skin
preview. The black border does, however, show up around all of
SkinStudio's sections.
Anyone have any ideas on the attribute?

What a dope I am. After paying more attention I noticed this only
happens where there are tabs, thus it was the tab frames I had to
deal with. Problem fixed.
