Network Connectoin Problems

When I start the game I get a network error cannot connect to stardock.net.'
 
I am NOT behind a firewall or antivirus but I am on a router with all ports forwarded to my computer.

bt.stardock.net? It is up here - does it happen if you retry it?

If so . . . well, you could try pinging it, and if you can do that, I'm
not sure what the problem is. It does not appear to be at the server
end.
