How to win in lots of pain mode

I ve been trying a lot of time I really can t beat the computer in lots of
pain mode. I manage to stay even with the computer for about 10-15 years
then he slowly gets bigger than me and he wins the game. I beat the game in
difficult mode. Are there any special strategies that exploit some AI
defaults? I never tried the amaze map because I don t find this map very
funny, maybe it s easier to beat the ai on this map?

Au cas où tu ne le sais pas déjà, l'IA LotsOfPain triche. Ils reçoivent
de l'argent du ciel à chaque année. Voilà pourquoi c'est si difficile de
les battre.
Alors, le truc ce n'est pas d'essayer de battre l'IA, mais plutôt de te
battre toi-même. Fais tout ce que tu peux pour améliorer ta productivité
- des technologies qui baissent le coût de production, des training,
etc. Assure-toi que tes usines sont dans des pays qui ont une main
d'oeuvre de qualité. Et lorsque l'IA commence à devenir plus puissant
que toi, concentre-toi simplement sur la survie de ta compagnie.
Tu as demandé s'il y a une faille dont on peut prendre avantage. La
réponse est OUI. Après 20-25 ans, les joueurs artificiels meurent tout
simplement. Ils "crashent" comme on dit. Personne ne sait pourquoi. Mais
voilà, tu vas voir que soudainement, leur productivité baisse, leurs
ventes baissent, et ils n'arrivent plus à balancer offre et demande.

player crashes after a while. So the trick is to try to beat yourself
rather than trying to beat the AI. Survive as long as possible, and the
computer player will just die out.
Perhaps the Head Programmer could shed some light on *why* the AI
crashes... Brad? :-)

Personally I suspect it gets so much free money that the money counter
flips and it ends up having a -ve balance. ;-)
