It says on Stardock you can set your own winning conditions with V1.2....
Can anyone tell me how :)

Browse to your TCM folder and search for the file named winning.sds. Then
select the file and right click on it. Choose rename and add the file
extension .txt to it. After this you can open it with notepad(or any other
text editor) and start editing. You can now change the market share needed
for winning. After this save and rename it back to winning.sds.

i have done this, but now it will not change from a .txt. extension, and i
still win at 55, 65, etc percent.
