Then windows puts up the
'SOFFICE has performed an illegal operation and will be closed'
dialogue.
Looking at details in this dialogue tells me that the error occurred
in TL364MI.DLL:
SOFFICE caused an invalid page fault in
module TL364MI.DLL at 015f:1c007370.

I can read pop3 mailboxes, news and so on but it _always_ crashes
whenever I try to send anything.
Any ideas how I can correct this? I have not used StarOffice mail
before this because my company's proxy server used to put our pop3
access on ports 111,112 etc and StarOffice doesn't allow this (does
it?)
I am using StarOffice for everything now - it works as a better
browser than Opera, better document integration that any other Office
package, and I can run it in Linux aswell as Windows!!
I have the OEM version of StarOffice 4 Service Pack 2, dated August
1997, running on windows 98.
