Hey !

I am trying to run fusion annotator, but I always get a "Fusion-Annotator: Command not found" error message. I am using a Mac. I have STAR-Fusion version 1.6.0 which is compatible with the march 2019 version of the CTAT genome library. Also, I have installed star fusion via Conda which should automatically download the dependencies for running fusion annotator, yet I am getting this error message.
Kindly guide further.

Best

Hi,

It's in the STAR-Fusion software package under:

     STAR-Fusion/FusionAnnotator/FusionAnnotator
