Dear Dr. Haas,

Always thanks.

I found KANSL1::ARL17A in many cell lines of hematological malignancies by FusionInspector.
However, KANSL1::ARL17A was not detected at all by simple STAR-Fusion mode.

Could you tell me technically why this difference occurs?

The annotation filter of star fusion should exclude those found in normal tissues

You can disable that from a command line parameter.  Traveling now but can give more details later if needed
