Hi :
I just noticed the downloading link of STAR-Fusion reference for gdc v22 has been removed. I will be much appreciated if you kindly share an available downloading link for gdc v22 since I used Gencode v22 fasta file and gtf file for a project all the time? Thanks!

Hi Jin,

That was a one-off build for an older star-fusion version and it has since been deleted.  If you want to create a ctat genome lib for any version of the annotation and human genome, you can do it pretty easily now using this:

The singularity command that I use to make these w/ the latest releases is provided.  It takes under a day to run through a full build including star-indexing, blast, and pfam searches.

best,

~brian
