What does @-ext mean?

What is the mark @-ext, such as in “IGH-@-ext--MYC”.

Hi,

The IGH-@-ext corresponds to the IGH super-locus that spans all the V-D-J regions. It's a custom feature added to help capture the IGH fusions, which are otherwise challenging to capture.
