Register your budding chef to join us for their weekly dose of exploring the world of culinary arts. Classes are offered in series and occasional drop-in classes, based upon availability. Each week they will add a new skill to their culinary toolbox and become more self-sufficient with a variety of life skills.

Earn your next scout badges by combining your badge requirements with our one of a kind lesson plans, recipes, and high-quality intimate class structure! We work with Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Royal Rangers, Awana, and more.

Join us for our hands-on cooking camp adventures and competitions. Chefs will learn and create kidinary creations during school days off with lunch provided. We offer a variety of camps like Donut Wars, War of Cupcakes, and more. Your chef could be our next award or trophy winner.

All our courses are built from the ground up with the home cook in mind, and everything we teach and do is done in our home kitchen studio. This ensures that you can follow along and practice techniques and recipes easily using your own kitchen setup.

In the past 5 years, we've empowered thousands of students to boost their kitchen confidence, learn new skills, and transition from home cooks to home chefs. In some cases, we've even inspired and reignited the passion of existing professional cooks.

Our cooking courses are 'hands-on' with easy-to-follow tutorials that not only break down the theory behind cooking but also get you practicing what you learn, just like in a culinary school.

Whether you're here simply to improve your cooking skills or you're ready to take things to the next level by mastering sauce-making, charcuterie, learning about French patisserie, or making authentic French recipes, we have something for you.

With our online courses, you have the freedom to learn at your own pace, allowing for a flexible and personalized learning experience. Immerse yourself in the art of French cooking and unlock your culinary potential from the comfort of your own home.

Our culinary fundamental courses, such as our beginner course "Get Started with French Cooking" or "Mastering French Sauces at Home," consist of full programs organized in a school curriculum fashion. These courses will take you from the very beginning all the way to becoming comfortable using French culinary techniques and easily making most French recipes found in any book or website. These types of courses delve deep and will keep you busy for quite some time.

Masterclasses, such as our course "Bistrot Charcuterie for Beginners," focus on learning and improving your skills on one particular topic at a time. They allow you to go deeper, use more advanced techniques, and make more intricate recipes.

On the other hand, the Cooking Journeys are a series of recipe tutorials designed to have you practice your cooking skills. Typically, we call these journeys because each course is built around a particular theme, such as discovering unique regional French recipes with our "Gastronomad Journey." This journey takes you around French regions to learn more about the local customs and specialties, all while practicing to cook like a local with a series of recipes.

Examples of such offerings include our flagship course, "Get Started with French Cooking," which provides months of instruction on essential culinary skills, akin to what students would learn over a year at a French cooking school.

Additionally, our course dedicated to French sauce-making, "Mastering French Sauces at Home," will transform you into an expert home saucier, capable of crafting any stock, jus, and demi-glace. This is followed by a series of hands-on lessons that will teach you how to craft 30 of the most famous French sauces, a unique opportunity not typically available even in culinary schools.

With more than 8 years of teaching experience at the French cooking academy, Stphane has cultivated an extensive culinary knowledge of all aspects of French cuisine, including both practical and theoretical elements. His accessible and fun approach to decoding the complexity of French cuisine has attracted thousands of enthusiasts worldwide who have decided to join his ranks and learn under his guidance. Cooking encourages children's thinking, problem-solving, and creativity. It also helps them develop skills in counting, measuring, following a sequence, following directions, and cause and effect. Most importantly, cooking can help develop a child's confidence and independence in and out of the kitchen!

Whether your child is an independent chef or is still learning, they will learn to prepare a wide variety of delicious meals for the family. Plus they'll get to eat the food they make every day in class!

Our in-person Cooking Academy is held on the OSU campus. We provide all the materials your chef will need to succeed in the kitchen. Our Head Chefs will guide our little chefs through new and exciting recipes. At the end of the session, your chef will gain independence and confidence in the kitchen.

Get ready, young chefs! We blend science with cooking to uncover a world of colorful transformations, critical thinking, and delicious dishes. From exploring how ingredients change colors to understanding the magic of mixing acids and bases, we'll embark on a culinary adventure like no other. Along the way, we'll learn about kitchen safety, cooking techniques, and how to accommodate different dietary needs. Our recipes are carefully chosen to be nutritious, creative, and bursting with color. By the end of our journey, you'll not only be a master chef but also a kitchen scientist, ready to whip up tasty treats while understanding the science behind them!

We intentionally choose our recipes to provide nutritious, creative, and colorful meals. We learn and accommodate all different dietary needs. This session aims to learn about food's role in recovery and fueling processes while simultaneously training for a 5k.

Chefs will cook herb-centered recipes while growing their own herb garden. Chefs will learn about the farm to chef relationship, and what it means to eat seasonally. In addition, chefs will learn about cooking safety, cooking strategies, science, math, and community building. We intentionally choose our recipes to provide nutritious, creative, and colorful meals. We learn and accommodate all different dietary needs. The goal of this session is for chefs to understand how our food grows while becoming well-versed in the knowledge, abilities, and confidence to cook!

Build your kitchen fundamentals with a knife skills workshop. Bring a little beauty to your baking by learning cake decorating. Or take a peek at how the pros put together a meal with a curated dinner experience.

Our class curriculum immerses young chefs in a world of culinary creativity and discovery. Planned around a unique monthly theme, each class is a new experience incorporating skills that build over time for the student to master complex food preparation and presentation.
