These template drafts can be in the archive or inbox, but I recommend moving them to the archive to avoid cluttering your inbox. Templates can also be flagged. When the action is run, the prompt to select a template sorts based on the text of the draft but also sorts flagged templates to the top of the select list, so if you flag often-used templates, they will appear first.

Template drafts can also contain drafts tags. Tags will be evaluated when new drafts are created using the template, so are great for inserting dynamic time stamps. If you are new to using tags in Drafts, this is a great guide.

If you have templates with more than one placeholder, install the sample actions below to get an easy way to navigate through placeholder in a draft to insert new values. When used, they will move the text selection to the next (or previous) placeholder, ready for you to type the replacement text.

After creating a new draft, the draft would be open in the editor with as the selected text, ready for you to replace that value. You could then use the next/previous placeholder actions to move the selection to each value to complete the new draft.

Sometimes you realize you want to use a template after you have started on a draft. We also provide an example Apply Template action, which can be used to apply the tags, syntax, and content from one of your templates to the current draft.

Drafts uses templates to control how text is output in action steps. Templates allow for configurable values in actions to be dynamically constructed from text in your draft, insert timestamps, and other information, without needing to alter the text in your draft.

Use email templates to send messages that include information that infrequently changes from message to message. Compose and save a message as a template, and then reuse it when you want it. New information can be added before the template is sent as an email message.

The FDP makes no representation or warranties regarding the suitability of these templates for use on any federal or non-federal sponsored project. The pass-through entity (PTE) is responsible for ensuring all required terms and conditions flow down to a subrecipient. All users utilize these templates at their own risk.

Pass-through entities (PTEs) can use these PDF-fillable templates to issue subawards to U.S.-based subrecipient organizations under federally-funded grants and cooperative agreements, subject to the Uniform Guidance. Do not complete templates in your browser. Download first, save the file, then complete.

Pass-through entities (PTEs) can use these subaward samples (editable forms, as opposed to templates) to issue subawards to non-U.S.-based subrecipient organizations under federally-funded grants and cooperative agreements, subject to the Uniform Guidance. Do not complete samples in your browser. Download first, save the file, then complete.

Over the past months, the Subaward Templates Working Group has been providing updates on their work to revise some of the templates and samples. The proposed changes are in response to comments and requests from the membership, as well as updates to applicable regulations. We are pleased to announce that the drafts of the updated templates and samples are now available on the FDP website, and we encourage you to review them and provide feedback in the linked survey form. Along with the drafts, we have posted a chart to identify the proposed changes, including descriptions and rationale for each change.

We encourage all to review and provide feedback on the changes to the templates and simples via a survey form ( survey for comments Linked here) by January 15, 2024.

Note on terminology: Theming generally refers to the process of defining default styles for visual elements. Themes in plotly are implemented using objects called templates. Templates are slightly more general than traditional themes because in addition to defining default styles, templates can pre-populate a figure with visual elements like annotations, shapes, images, and more. In the documentation we will refer to the overall process of defining default styles as theming, and when in comes to the plotly API we will talk about how themes are implemented using templates.

If a theme is not provided to a Plotly Express function or to a graph object figure, then the default theme is used. The default theme starts out as "plotly", but it can be changed by setting the plotly.io.templates.default property to the name of a registered theme.

The examples above construct and configure a Template object and then pass that object as the template specification to graph object figures (as the layout.template property) or Plotly Express functions (as the template keyword argument). It is also possible to register custom templates by name so that the name itself can be used to refer to the template. To register a template, use dictionary-style assignment to associate the template object with a name in the plotly.io.templates configuration object.

You may have noticed that figures displayed with the custom templates defined above do not have the gray background and white gridlines that are part of the default styling of figures created with plotly.py. The reason for this is that the default styling is specified in a template named "plotly", and specifying a custom template overrides the default "plotly" template.

If you want the styling of a custom template to be applied on top of the default styling of the "plotly" template, then you will need to combine the custom template with the "plotly" template. Multiple registered templates (whether built-in or user-defined) can be combined by specifying a template string that contains multiple template names joined on "+" characters.

The easiest way to save and distribute a custom template is to make a *.py file that creates and registers the template when it is imported. Here is an example of the contents of a file called my_themes.py that creates and registers the "draft" template when it is imported

It may be useful to examine the contents and structure of the built-in templates when creating your own custom templates. The Template graph object for a registered template can be loaded using dictionary-style key access on the plotly.io.templates configuration object. Here is an example of loading the Template graph object for the "plotly" template, and then displaying the value of the template's layout property.

I have a template named "Basic" that has two versions, different from each other - a draft one and the published one. Is there a way - through Mandrill API - to send the draft version, not the published one - or just in general to choose which version of the two to send?

If you haven't published the template before, when you use the send-template api call, the draft version should be sent. The draft vs. published option is generally to allow editing an already-published template in the application without affecting what's being sent via the API. If you have already published the template, and also have a draft, then in the web interface in the test menu is an option to send a test, which should allow you to send a test of the draft version instead of the published version.

The European Medicines Agency's (EMA) Working Group on Quality Review of Documents (QRD) develops, reviews and updates templates for product information for use by applicants and marketing authorisation holders for human medicines.

Since 28 June 2019, applicants need to complete Annex II and present a draft of this together with the summary of product characteristics (SmPC), labelling and package leaflet when submitting the product information annexes as part of their marketing authorisation application.

When filled out accurately, privacy policy templates like ours can be enough for business owners, website owners, and app developers to make a privacy agreement that adheres to relevant privacy regulations.

The draft templates are designed to collect climate-related and financial information on credit risk, market and real estate risks. Banks are asked to report aggregated and counterparty level data as of December 2022. Collecting counterparty level data will allow to assess concentration risk of large climate exposures, as well as to capture amplification mechanisms and assess second round effects. Aggregated data will inform on the climate-related risks of the banking sector more broadly. The draft templates are accompanied by a template guidance, which includes definitions and rules for compiling the templates.

Once saved, your template can be found on the My templates page. When you've created at least one template, your templates will appear as a design option when you create new campaigns.

Dataflow templates allow you to package a Dataflow pipeline for deployment. Anyone with the correct permissions can then use the template to deploy the packaged pipeline. You can create your own custom Dataflow templates, and Google provides pre-built templates for common scenarios.
