Can LALP reduce memory

Hi Semih, I found the vertices are not so balanced distributed on my cluster. Thus I remind LALP. So I am willing to know if it can reduce memory especially the loading memory before superstep 1. Thank you very much

Hi Lyuwei,

LALP doesn't decrease the overall memory consumed by GPS across all machines but it might make it more balanced. So if you're running out of memory in a particular machine because it has a very dense vertex, for example, LALP can help fix that. You can give it a try.
