With these locks it should not be possible to lock it if the
combination is currently set to X. IE The lock procedure should
involve changing the combination after closing the lock, given that
the lock pops open once the combination is entered. Unless of course
this is a "special lock", where the lock operation also resets the
buttons/sliders used to enter the combination the previous time, and
is atomic.
I am assuming "special lock"..
