Due date for papers

Several people have been asking if the due date for papers is really
Thursday midnight. We don't want writing the paper to interfere with
your putting together a good talk and demo.

So let's make the papers due Friday (12/16), with an actual hard
deadline of Saturday morning 9am, as we actually need time to grade
these over the weekend.
