Are you able to take traffic school? To determine if you are eligible to participate in an Arizona Defensive Driving course, first select a school and submit your information. The school will conduct a court database check once you register to make sure you are eligible.

This course is for individuals who had their license suspended and need to enroll in a course to reinstate their driver's license or for individuals listed as a habitual traffic offender (HTO) by the State of Florida. This course can also be court ordered by a judge. This course can't be used as a substitute for a DUI school.

Jax Driving School is a state certified driver education school that has been serving Jacksonville, Florida, since 1999. Our mission is to provide students with the knowledge, abilities, techniques, and confidence they need to become safe drivers. We teach in both English and Spanish to ensure all local drivers hit the road safely for themselves and for everyone else on the road. Jax Driving School is a family-owned-and-operated facility that is conveniently located and we have competitive rates for all of our programs. With us, there's no more waiting in line for appointments to take your class for your Class E Florida driver's license. We are an official third-party administrator and testing center authorized by the state to administer the Class E Knowledge Exam and Skills Test.
In order to receive your drivers license in Texas, teens must complete 32 hours of driving and safety theory, 7 hours of driving and 7 hours of observing other students, and lastly an additional 30 hours of driving must be completed and logged before being issued your license. Austin Driving School offers teen driving course on, and offline with 18 convenient locations throughout Texas.
After the first three days of the course you will receive a certificate to apply for your learners permit. You will take this certificate to the DPS along with the other required identification documents. When completed you are ready to begin scheduling driving hours.
The 81st legislature enacted the Less Tears More Years Act requiring teens to log an additional 30 hours of behind the wheel driving with a certified instructor or parent/guardian. At least 10 of these hours must take place after dark, and Austin Driving School can provide some or all of these hours for you.
To get your license, you will need to provide a DE-964 completion certificate, your IMPACT Texas Teen Drivers completion Certificate, 30 hour driving log, and VOE. After completing all requirements, you will then take the DPS Authorized Road Test. If you choose to take the Road Test with us, we will provide you with an envelope to exchange for your license at the DPS.

1. Shall allow an individual who is issued a citation for a civil traffic moving violation pursuant to chapter 3, articles 2, 3, 4 and 6 through 15 of this title or a local civil traffic ordinance relating to the same subject matter to attend a defensive driving school for the purposes provided in this article.
(b) Shall allow an individual who holds a commercial driver license and who is issued a citation for a civil traffic moving violation pursuant to chapter 3, article 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 or 15 of this title or a local civil traffic ordinance relating to the same subject matter to attend a defensive driving school for the purposes provided in this article only if the individual was driving a vehicle requiring a class D license or a class M license and the vehicle was not being used for commercial purposes.
B. A person who attends a defensive driving school pursuant to this article is not eligible to attend a defensive driving school again within twelve months from the day of the last violation for which the person was authorized by this article to attend a defensive driving school.
