River sup technical meeting in Switzerland

Thanks to the organization of Norbert Sommer and of myself, a group of Swiss sup instructors and a group of Italian sup instructors are going to meet this weekend plus on Monday to run the river Vorderhein (class 3) and exchange styles, experiences and techniques.

The river and the meeting were great!

About 20 experienced river paddlers from Switzerland, Austria, Germay, Italy, to exchange techniques, to analyse boards, paddles, equipment on a beautiful and challenging river, the Vorderrhein, using for commuting the train running along the river instead of polluting cars.

We are grateful to the organiser of the event, Norbert Sommer, to have started such a meeting 3 years ago; this 4th edition has reached the real status of international.

We have decided that the next edition will be on the Inn in Austria 10-11 October 2020. And in Italy, probably on the Brenta, in October 2021.

Dates will always be after closing of PaddleExpo

We remind that the meeting is reserved to river sup instructors or to expert river sup paddlers mentored by an instructor.

I'm working with Norbert to an ambitious plan concerning the training of river sup instructors in the Alpin countries ... details will follow.
