Standingwave 3 - Flash IDE

Is it not possible to use Flash IDE in combination with standingwave
3?
Today I use flash with standingwave 2 and it works fine.
When trying to compile my project using standingwave 3 instead of 2,
there is an error related to the import of "cmodule.awave.CLibInit".
I guess this is because I have not recompiled the C libraries.
I have downloaded Alchemy, but have no idea on how to get it up and
running, or how to recompile...
Again, is it possible at all to use Flash IDE with standingwave 3?
please help... I am completely dependent on standingwave in order to
make a serious attempt
at combining music and Flash.
