Interim production: Erewhon Revisited by Samuel Butler

After slogging through hundreds of endnotes on 1001 Nights I needed something different, so I’ve started work on Erewhon Revisited, Butler’s sequel. Repo is at https://github.com/robinwhittleton/samuel-butler_erewhon-revisited

Nothing much to report so far, apart from that I ended up redrawing a map as it was pretty much all straight lines anyway.

OK, this is ready for review. Notes:

• I ended up redrawing the SVG plan for the church as it was mostly just text and straight lines / circles.
• There’s a couple of places that use letters to refer to either people (“A’s willpower has got such hold on B’s”) or to reference the parts of the SVG plan (“who was at i, in the middle of the front row of block E, to the left of the pulpit”). Neither matched any of the manual rules for when to italicise (or not) letters so I left them as is, but I can of course change that.
• I’ve added series metadata for this, and had a commit read to push for the first book to add it there.
• Aside from those a reasonably simple production.
