How it relates to the novel:

The book takes place in a fictional town described like the image; a dreary and rainy British town. 

There's a specific scene where the villain of the book organizes the disposal of one of his victims by horse-drawn carriage, which this image reminds me of.

Looking through it now, though I noticed one tooling issue that's been seen before for `se lint` when adding lint ignores.

My python3 --version is 3.14.1, which is rather new though.
I'll add in the ignore for now and try to resolve my local env, but I think others may run into it in the future too.

This has been fixed in master, it was caused by an undocumented change
in a library that was upgraded. You can just ignore it for now.
