[Proposal] Noli me Tangere (The Social Cancer) and El Filbusterismo (The Reign of Greed)

Jose Rizal is one of our most Treasured Authors in the Philippines who wrote in Spanish and I would gladly like to contribute to a scan for StandardEbooks! The Social Cancer and The Reign of Greed translations by Charles Derbyshire seem to be in the public domain since the copyright must've expired since it's been many years after 1912.

(And there's that surprisingly good translation that Google Translate I did from Both Transcripts of Original Spanish, but I'm pretty sure it's too unofficial to accept a robot translation
