While I was adding works to my to-do list I found another Middle High German epic called Kudrun. This epic poem is seen as a deliberate antithesis to the Nibelungenlied. The best translation is by Mary Pickering Nichols, and there is a PG transcription available.
This translation uses the alternate spelling "Gudrun" for the title and main character's name. I think we should also use "Gudrun" for the title to match the character's name in the transcription.

For the cover art, I would crop it to exclude the frame. At the very
least we should exclude the pencil marks in the top right.

I've got two introductory sections titled "Names of Persons" and "Names of Places" that contain lists of key characters and locations in the story and is written by the translator. What are the correct semantics for these sections?

Even though this is a poem, could dramatis-personae still work for the list of persons?
For the list of places maybe z3998:glossary is appropriate? "An alphabetical list of terms in a particular domain of knowledge with the definitions for those terms."

Since the `dramatis-personae` semantic is part of a "Dialogue/Drama" section in the Z39.98-2012 Structural Semantics Vocabulary, the semantic should be reserved for plays and drama.
I don't think a glossary is correct either. These sections don't contain "domain-specific terms that are unlikely to be in a common dictionary, or which have unique meanings to the work" (SEMoS 7.11).

Notes:
- There are instances of the letter e with an acute accent (é). These indicate an “ay” sound and have been left as-is.
- `se find-mismatched-dashes` flags sea-lands/sealands. These shouldn’t be standardized. Sea-lands refer to general coastal regions, while Sealands (also Sealand) is a specific kingdom.
