Toolset 2.11.2 released

Upgrade with `pipx upgrade standardebooks`.

This is a bugfix release to fix a bug introduced in create-draft that
would create invalid epubs. It also includes 2.11.1, which fixes some
syntax issues.

A quick question: I used v2.11.1 to start my current project; do I need to re-do the initial steps after I've updated to v2.11.2?

You could do that, or alternatively the two fixes are:

1. In content.opf change transcribers from dc:subject to dc:contributor elements
2. In content.opf change all <meta property="term" refines="subject-x"> to <meta property="term" refines="#subject-x"> (i.e., add the missing #)
