To continue my Utopian theme I'd like to do Equality by Edward Bellamy next.

Let me know if this is alright and I'll get a repo set up!

Sure, you can work on that. Send a link to your repo once you start!

A quick question. A few of the chapters are divided into different headings throughout the chapter (such as
ROBERT TELLS ABOUT THE GLUT OF MEN.
) - these are quite frequent within the chapters they do appear in. How should these be handled? I assume they need to be changed to title case, but I can't see a clear fit in the style manual. I don't believe they should appear in the ToC since they are so short and only in occasional chapters. Some examples are Chapters 9, 22, 26, and 28. Apologies if I'm missing something obvious.

I'm just the peanut gallery, and Lukas will be along soon. But just to note, that it's always a help to have a relevant link or two to see the issue in context. Here's a example from chapter 22. (There are none in chapter 9, by the way: that one is a "false positive", and will just be a blockquote.)

Hope that helps - David / Fife, UK

It looks to me like they should be their own sections at least. If you don't think they should be in the table of contents then rule 7.2.10.8 would be the pattern to follow. And David is right about the case in chapter 9, that should just be a blockquote.
