[Next production] Ivan Bunin - The Village

Still waiting on the British Library for Pirkis scans, so I picked another smallish book from my list to tide me over: Ivan Bunin’s The Village. 70k of fairly dense prose, translated by Isabel F. Hapgood.

No idea about cover art yet, but it’s set in a village somewhere around the Russia / Ukraine border so it should be easy enough to find something literal if symbolism falls short.
