Hello,

I ran across a very brief mention of 15,000 Miles in a Ketch by Captain Raymond Rallier du Baty, calling it "one of the best sea adventure stories ever written." (by H. W. Tilman, who wrote eight sea adventure books of his own). I could find no listing for it on gutenberg.org, but Wikipedia provided a link to the book at the Internet Archive.

It was originally written in English and published in 1922, so I assume that means it is in the public domain. Since it hasn't already been published on gutenberg.org, this would be my first attempt at transcribing a book, so any guidance on that aspect would be appreciated.

We typically don't do transcriptions as they are much more difficult and
time consuming than it might seem. Instead, you should take it to PGDP
and work with them to produce a transcription. Then once that's done,
you can come back here and make an SE ebook out of it.
