Finally have some free time so I'd like to propose this. Lots of endnotes, so it might take.a while. 

Repo

(I started the repo a while ago in order to set up a readable epub so I could make sure it's something I'd actually be interested in producing.)

Going through the endnotes (which will be about 90% of the work). There's a few references to various confessions (e.g. the Helvetic Confession). How should these be marked up? They are standalone, so maybe italics tagged as pamphlet, or paper?

I guess David must be away. These are very short works so they would get
quotes and you can mark them as se:name.publication.pamphlet
