I'm looking at this for my next project. Kind of long, but I didn't see anything too tricky.  It was published in 2 volumes, and I assume we don't need to keep that division.  The chapters have names but are not numbered, except in the ToC.

OK, sounds good. Yes, merge the volumes.

If the chapters aren't numbered in the body then I don't think we need
to include numbers either. Though the files will of course be named
`chapter-n.xhtml` etc.

Please send a repo link once you start. Thanks!

Lukas, a question on modernizing and reconciling hyphenated words.

First example is "Slow-Worm of Lenty".  It is a chapter title and also used in the body, both as a subject and as the title to the poem --  but also appears in the poem itself, and I wasn't sure about modernizing hyphen words in verse, that occurs in a prose work.   The modernize script removes the hyphens from all of these.
(and bits of the poem in the following pages.)

The other example is "Red-cliff bay" and "Red-cliff sands" in a verse section,

but a mention of "Redcliff" in the prose.  Should I remove all these hyphens to make it consistent?
