Cover suggestion

The cover maybe needs some motivation. The book is nominally a science fiction book, but has a surrealistic and dreamlike overtone. The hand of the main character is a recurring motif, he's often hurting it in different ways.

Ok Weijia, this is ready for review. I started it at an unfortunate time, right around when the toolset was being updated, so lint/epubcheck will likely give some errors related to that.
