I have four errors from se lint that are preventing me from finishing. Please let me know how to correct them:

The first error is that the content.opf <manifest> doesn’t match the expected structure. As far as I know, the only expectation is that the structure be “alphabetical” but I don’t know what about it is supposed to be alphabetized.

The second and third errors have to do with the cover.jpg being larger than 1.5 MB in size and that the cover image is not built. But the cover image is about 1 MB in size and it has been built, so I’m not sure what is missing there.

The final message is about the production-notes.md file being empty. I’m not sure what notes I was supposed to make in this file.

Any advice about how to finish these items off?

m-042, m-063: Try se build-manifest .

f-016: Remove src/epub/images/cover.jpg (which is >1.5MB). I don't know why that file exists. The only cover.jpg file should be in images/.

m-084: If you have no production notes, just delete it.
