OK! The book is moving along. Does this work as a cover?

The George Bellows art is from 1911, and the book is set around 1890. But I think the art ought to work -- no obvious streetcars not pulled by horses.

One question: I got errors in the epub check for many chapters (maybe the first half?). This was because all the chapters' <title> tags had epub:type="z3998:roman". To fix the error I removed those attributes, following the example of You Can't Win (https://github.com/standardebooks/jack-black_you-cant-win/commit/95c0c469679398097c04e3c045d51a94aa1c2166).

Does 5.4.3 in the manual perhaps need to be updated? It doesn't seem like <title> can have that attribute setting.

5.4.3
The <title> element has its epub:type attribute set to z3998:roman if the contents of the <title> element is entirely a Roman numeral.

Just use build-title to build the titles; it will do the right thing, whatever the right thing is.

But yes, 5.4.3 should go away, I believe.
