Ring Lardner Poetry Omnibus illustrations

Per this conversation on an earlier PR, Alex approved adding all the illustrations from "Regular Fellows I Have Met" to the Ring Lardner poetry omnibus.

I just wanted to send out the notice that I intend to work on this as a side project. I think a lot of the work of converting the raster images to SVG and inserting them into the xhtml is probably scriptable so even though there are 193 of them I don't think it'll be too big of a time sink (other than writing the alt text... that'll be quite a task).

I know we don't normally need mailing list notice for PRs to existing books, but this one is pretty large in scope and I'd hate to end up having someone duplicate work so I thought I'd put notice out there.
