[Robin Whittleton]

MuseScore 4 launched and as well as interface improvements they’re also shouting about the improved quality of their engraving. I’ve re-exported the score in the Kuprin collection I did to test. Here’s the score in 3:

As a musician, I have to say that this is much more readable.

> (ignore the bar on the left: that’s a screenshot artefact.) So 4 definitely looks better to me, most obviously in the positioning of the crescendo mark in the second bar. If you’ve previously used MuseScore to produce music for SE it’s probably worth updating and re-exporting.
