Submitting artwork problem

This may be a problem with my aging brain, but I can no longer submit public domain artwork, and I don't see a form to ask me for my email address, which I recall seeing previously. I get a 'permission denied' error but no log-in mechanism.

Can someone help, or tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Yeah, for whatever reason, we don’t have a “login” button anywhere. I just had to remember (re-figure out) how to do this yesterday because I somehow got logged out.

On the artwork page, if you click on the link portion of “You can help Standard Ebooks by submitting new public domain artwork…”, it will take you to a login page.

There's no login link because 99.9% of people never need to log in, and
if you hit a place where you do require a login, it will ask you.

You can't submit artwork because you're using a different email to log
in, than you used before. There is a different email in our system for
you which does have permission to submit artwork, so you should log in
using that email when prompted.
