1) This belongs in the Sceince Fiction category rather than general Fiction. .
2) One typo:
"It's short arms" (at the beginning of a sentence) rather than "Its short arms".
3) Possibly another typo.
"the cleanly town" rather than "the clean town".
Metroopolis has a pretty strange, archaci style (or at least this English translation does) so this might not count as an error, per se.

Thanks, I've updated the category. The first typo has been fixed, the
second can be correct English.

so, I’ve subsequently found more typos:
— “with sword — like flames”, should read “with sword-like flames”
— “their gnome — like faces”, should read “their gnome-like faces"
— “the mainfold sediment”, should read “the manifold sediment"
— “St. Elm’s Fire”, should read “St. Elmo’s Fire”
I may have found another typo, too, but I honestly can’t tell. will check, if possible, with the original German text if I can find it.

OK. Have you finished reading the book? If not, please save all the
typos you find for one email once you finish. That will make it much
easier for us.

I understand what you mean. I'll hold off on other typo reports until I have finished reading the book.

I made a PR with a few typos. I've noted the ones that occur in a scan I found and which do not. All the typos exist in the transcription (but I didn't link to them).
