Just a general question I'd like to settle in my mind:

Are changes such as changing the title of a published novel from quotes to italics

or changing the spacing of an abbreviation to to conform to the Manual of Style

considered editorial or non editorial?

I'm thinking non editorial.

I usually include these changes in the "Manually add additional semantics" commit (Step 13).
