error in BH on CRAN only

When I tried to submit a package that compiled Ok on travis:

to CRAN, I got the following errors

Was that on Windows? You may have to require C++11 for gastempt, which is what we have done for rstanarm on Windows for several months to get around that (or a similar) problem.
