Trouble implementing Child and Beck 1970

I'm having trouble sampling the poulet poché au vin blanc (p 253). I think it may be an installation issue.

There’s not much we can do but speculate unless we see the entire model.

If you suspect that it’s an installation issue then you’ll also need to share

what operating kitchen you have and what version of chicken you’re trying

to run.

I forgot to mention, this is the 34th printing, 2009 edition.

I'm running a standard kitchen. The stove is running on gas and all the knobs are set to off.

Regarding the version of chicken, see the original post: poulet poché au vin blanc. I just want to sample it. It shouldn't be this hard.

I don’t think any of the devs has access to that edition.
Again, you’ll have to share the full recipe.

What is the output of “cat .kitchen_profile”?

There are many things that can be going wrong. The
recipe could be incompatible with your ingredients,
or we just might be able to execute it without certain
reparameterizations. Again, we can’t offer much help
unless we can try to run the recipe ourselves.

I'm going to try some thing simpler for now. Maybe after I learn a bit more about poaching, I'll come back to this version.
