I saw some dissertations on the "citation" page, so I'm piling on.  From the Uni page:

Recommended Citation

Sakrejda, Krzysztof M., "Estimation Problems in Complex Field Studies with Deep Interactions: Time-to-Event and Local Regression Models for Environmental Effects on Vital Rates" (2015). Doctoral Dissertations May 2014 - current. Paper 510.

On this note, I’ve noticed a lot of papers that cite Stan but haven’t been put on that page. Is this process of suggesting it through stan-users the right way to get them in? Is a public wiki too dangerous to do instead? I imagine that page will be enormous and hard to maintain.

The source for the webpage is public and we're happy to take pull requests:

No, this won't be best for coverage. Most people won't think
to tell us about their publications using Stan.

And among those who do, GitHub pul requests are a high hurdle.

For now, I don't mind adding publications from users who send
them to us, but this may quickly get too big to manage and need
to be something more like a public Wiki.

We could literally use a Wikipedia page.
