I'm using RStudio daily build 0.99.604.

When I try to run Check, by clicking the RStudio Check button on a .stan file I get:

Error in get(name, envir = asNamespace(pkg), inherits = FALSE) :
  object 'rstudio_stanc' not found

Any help resolving this would be great.

You need to load rstan first,

Thanks for the reply.

Though this happens when I load rstan first.

You need a more recent version of Stan than 2.6.0, which does not officially exist yet. It is currently possible to install rstan from GitHub, but you have to install StanHeaders first, which entails dealing with the Stan subrepo.

Thanks. I had a suspicion that was the issue.
