We've got 3 fixes in the 2.0.1 release:

- multivariate normal distribution fix (#299)
- command line test_gradient fix (#295)
- manual fixes (#292)

Jiqiang and Allen, feel free to update and release when you have a chance.

You probably don't even need to update the interface,
but just the included code.

I wish we had a better way to separate these concerns.
But it's nice to have users just download one thing rather
than having to download Stan plus RStan or PyStan and then
get them in synch.

PyStan 2.0.1.0 is up.

For a link on the website, I'll note that PyStan has a version of RStan's
Getting Started:

Thanks! I just pushed a new website with that link on the first page. Bob and I are still trying to work through the right organization of the webpage (more Bob than me).

Regarding PyStan, I wasn't paying enough attention months ago when these discussions went by, but what's your take on the main project repo being under stan-dev? You'd have control, of course. I'm thinking it'd be nice to have the stan-dev organization have the official Stan projects. If you want to have it as a personal repo, that's fine too -- should we fork it if we take that route? Will people be able to find PyStan through stan-dev?

I also think it would be neater if we organized the official
interfaces inside of stan-dev. But it's no big deal if we
don't.

If we don't roll PyStan into stan-dev, then I don't think
we need a pointer from stan-dev. The pointer is from the
web page to the getting started for PyStan.

I'd have no problem with that. It would also be a very good idea to give other
people the ability to merge changes in the event that I don't have access to
internet or something.

On github, I think you can move repositories and have the old one redirect. (I
could be wrong about this). Maybe we can do it at the next point release for
PyStan?
