bug in inv_cloglog formula

The formula for inv_cloglog is wrong. It should be:
inv_cloglog(y) = 1 - exp(-exp(y))
cloglog(x) = log(-log(1 - x))
I'm going to fix that and also include cloglog
for the next release.
