Just a quick note, I've stumbled on a bug in the data file format parsing.  In particular, if you have something like the following:

foo <- 4
loo <- 10

the variable loo will not get parsed correctly.  Rather it will get parsed as "oo".  The beginning 'l' will be dropped.  This is probably due to the logic which is trying to parse the number 4 on the previous line and recognizes a trailing l or L.  Not sure of the correct fix here as I don't really know that code at all and I need to sign off but wanted to alert the media, so to speak.

Cheers,
Marcus

Marcus, thanks for the note. I'll try to hunt it down tonight, unless
Bob beats me to it.

(Bob, if you're still working now, feel free to tackle it -- I'm
working on some of the model tests right now. If not, I'll probably
get to it in an hour or so.)

Thanks for the note. You were right that the
problem was consuming 'l' too eagerly. I just
pushed a patch that requires the 'l'/'L' to be
adjacent.
